January 23, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived at Mariposa Villas for about 6 months now. I love it here. It's quiet, clean, management is friendly and attentive. Maintenance takes care of issues quickly. The only negative thing I have to mention is noisy 2nd floor neighbors. I'm def ready for them to move out.

Their only suggestion was to call the police well I have done that a half dozen times and nothing is working. I can't wait until my lease is up. The quality if residents has truly gone down. Loud music in the parking lot and frequent gunshots from neighboring houses.

Despite the reviews I have read, my experience has been great!The maintenance guy even came to fix some small issues and educate me on the importance of always reporting maintenance issues early to avoid large problems later. Maintenance was very prompt. Those guys are gentleman, professional and knowledgeable. I feel happy about choosing Mariposavillas (Dallas, TX)for ...me and my family. The young lady who was temporarily there, Catara She was sweet in helping us with paperwork and she works fast and she was efficient!Read More
