I just moved in two weeks ago. I did not get to see my apartment prior to moving in but it looked just like the pictures that I saw online. The whole process was very easy, online application and approval. Spoke with the agent to schedule move in date and time to pick up keys. Neighborhood seems really nice. Great park within walking distance.

I toured this apartment with a friend, and the two bedroom apartments are really big. The bedrooms are huge. The girl that gave the tour was really nice and gave a lot of information about the apartments and the area.

I visited a friend here and while their apartment was clean, the hallways and common area was gross. My friends apartment had poorly patched ceilings and no screens in their windows. Very disappointing property.

Toured the Alpine last week . The floor plan was really big and the updates in the apartment looked great. The leasing agent was very nice and took her time to go over everything. All though it was not exactly what I was looking for, it was still a really nice runner up.

This is a great community to live. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The renovations they have done are well thought and modern looking. For a great price. I’ve lived here for almost a year and I have nothing to complain about. The lady’s in the office are very sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend if u are apartment hunting.

the alpine is a great place to stay. i have live here for at least a few years and its great. the manager is very knowledgeable and friendly i appreciate her patience with me. and maintenance is timely. the onsite laundry is very convenient to have. but the renovations they have done are great i definitely recommend checking out the alpine
