March 11, 2026If you’re considering moving here, take time to read the reviews first and really think about what kind of living experience you want. My experience has included roaches in the apartment, dog waste all over the property, and maintenance requests that go unanswered. The leasing staff is very welcoming and responsive when you’re touring and signing the lease. Unfortunately, that level of responsiveness did not continue after moving in and reporting issues. A place you live should feel clean, ...maintained, and supported by management that responds when problems come up. Based on my experience, that hasn’t been the case here. February 4, 2026A friendly community with great location I enjoyed my 2 years at the Amber. I needed to move for health reasons, and the Amber was very accommodating. Awful Front Office
December 2, 2025First off, maintenance is great. Quick and helpful. The onboarding team seemed good too. Front office is different. Having ongoing issues with a neighbor with a large subwoofer playing loud enough to vibrate photos on my wall. The walls are generally pretty thick and precious tenants made just about no noise which makes this new one even worse. Sent in a complaint and didn't get a response until a week later saying they had email issues (emails about food trucks and rent due got through though) ...and asked if ongoing. I said yes and that was the end. Happened a few more times and sent a more formal complaint in and haven't heard from them. The floors are lumpy somehow and walls have paint over outlets and flaking paint. Avoid at all costs. You are paying a premium for nothing, don't let the clubhouse or "luxury" brand they label this to justify the price trick you.Property Manager Responded

Poor Experience

Terrible experience
July 3, 2025I would not recommend. I had mold all over my AC unit. Staff is impossible to get on the phone, you have to physically go into the office. And there is roaches all over the apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

Huge roaches and horrible staff
