Marcus deserves a raise!
October 29, 2025The process was a bit frustrating and confusing when first applying. There was mixed information, due to management changes. Apparently, due to poor ratings in the past the property needed a complete update which I am all for it. Being older and more seasoned I am very familiar with the way apartments are ran. Unfortunately, like most of today's society people are not nice and are never accountable. Marcus turned a horrible experience into a great customer service experience with his presence, ...his professionalism and just being understanding. I just moved in and the apartment wasn't ready as promised (got keys 5 days later) so far so good with the move in after the initial hiccups. I just want to commend Marcus and give him his 5 stars. The 5 stars is definitely for him. I will have to revisit and rate after a couple of months actually on the property itself. The size of the unit is huge in comparison to some apartments I have lived in and that's always a plus. I am eager to see what the new management has to offer. They allow off leash pitbulls! How fun!
March 16, 2025For the time I’ve been living here the environment at this complex has made me and others feel EXTREMELY unsafe and threatened, neighbors will bang on your door, the neighbors will let out their three pitbulls and have them go after smaller dogs, they have THREE pitbulls. Pitbulls are NOT allowed at this complex. They are always off leash and somehow they like to go across the property? While that sounds like dog negligence to me the neighbor/owner of this complex has made us feel extremely ...threatened with opening the garage door deliberately whenever we cross by with our dogs. His THREE pitbulls, bolted out and tried to grab my SMALLER-medium DOG, I had a larger dog with me but the pitbulls wanted the mini Dachshund instead! We quickly intervened and screamed at the pitbulls when the owner FINALLY intervened and called his dogs back AFTER trying to get mine, all he said was “they’re friendly! There’s no need to do all that!” This is an extreme unsafe environment that the office has done NOTHING about, we had already written an email to them and made a report to the non emergency hotline because all it takes is ONE second, for those pitbulls to grab onto one of my dogs, and I’m not having that chance AGAIN. Just moved in!
May 22, 2024So my family and I moved in not too long ago, Courtney helped me with everything, she has been awesome since day 1. It’s pretty quiet for the most part, maintenance is pretty fast with maintenance requests. Parking isn’t bad either, which is a major plus. Bad Customer service !!! need to do better
January 4, 2022I did an application online 3-4 weeks (December 10th 2021) ago online. I paid $150 and got denied without them calling my job for approval/verification after I uploaded everything needed for applying to the property. I called and spoke with a representative that works at the property and she was very rude and clueless about any questions or concerns I had about my application. I was told I was getting a refund of $75 but I haven’t received it yet. I tried calling to figure out what’s going on but ...I can’t get through everytime I call the number for the property. I called multiple times and get the voicemail, dial tone or someone answers and hangs up in my face. I won’t recommend anyone to do business with this property. Very rude and unprofessional. False Review
March 5, 2019The review below can't possibly be true, unless you live under a rock. I have not met a person yet that does not have a problem with this complex. The office staff is clueless, the complex is unsafe, and not only do the owners continue to change the major issue of unfixed items in your apartment continues with each new owner. I have also lived in this complex for 6 months and continue to regret it each day, I originally though the posted reviews were from angry renters who themselves did not do ...what they were suppose to do, however I too have found myself with the same complaints and frustrations from leaking roofs, unfilled maintenance request, and theft due to easy access to the apartments.Property Manager Responded

Avoid this complex!!!!!!
April 29, 2018We have lived here for two years and are moving due to safety concerns. Robbery is a constant threat, cars stolen or broken into there have been car jacking and a murder last December. The mailboxes were broken into and weren’t fixed for a month . All the crime info is available on HPDs website. Management has done nothing to help us. The front and side gates are constantly broken, the only cameras are on the leasing office leaving everything else vulnerable.
