I've lived here for 6 or 7 years now and I've had zero complaints. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Maintenance is FAST, professional, and non-invasive. The neighborhood is great - crime is virtually non-existent. The residents here are mostly graduate students. No loud parties or anything like that. The rent is low, excellent parking (always spots available), and there's never a line for laundry. 10/10!

Great place to live if you are going to school at OSU, just use the olentangy trail to get to campus in about 15-20 mins. Pool and back courtyard are very nice and secluded. Staff ensures people are quiet. Jillian is the manager here and she is very nice.

I have lived here for 1.5 years. The community is quiet and feels cozy and secluded. The maintenance staff is quick to respond. Close to Kroger (15 minute walk or 5 minute drive) and OSU campus (15 minute bike or bus ride).

Rent ($920/month) is very reasonable compared to other apartments in the area; all utilities are included except electricity and internet/cable. Maintenance is very helpful and timely; management is responsive. The apartments are newly remodeled and very clean. Also, the cable service - WOW - is tremendous. No installation fee, no contract, excellent channel options/internet speed, and much cheaper than Time Warner. Also, the location is excellent; right off 315, Kroger and Big Lots next door, ...
Kohl's across the street, lots of restaurants and hotels. 10 minute bike ride to campus, the bike path is across the street, and the bus stop is outside.
Downsides: no central air (though an air conditioner is installed in the one bedroom and maintenance will happily install extra units in the other rooms). Dishwasher is very small.
Overall, I am very pleased with the apartment and would recommend it to any graduate/professional student at OSU.
