If that's what you call cockroaches and other random critters. Yes, they'll keep you company, but shouldn't they be charged rent too? Speaking of rent - it's ridiculous. For being an older building with lackluster management and no amenities, it's extremely expensive. Seattle/Capitol Hill's rent is already crazy, but come on.
