New management company is terrible
October 13, 2018St. Mary's Square changed management companies in September 2018. Continental raised the rent and starting cutting services. Trash is piling up, elevators do not function, and the property is not maintained. Printers, wifi, coffee machines simply do not work. Hallways are filthy. This is becoming a terrible place to live. You will regret moving here.Review from Apartments.com

April 11, 2018I moved into St Marys about 8 months ago and have lived in many other apartments around Raleigh. I love living here, the amenities are great, maintenance is fast, their floor plan options are very open and warm, and the location is ideal! Would highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

Great downtown apartment!
March 8, 2018I’ve lived here for about 7 months now. Started at a 1 bedroom and just recently upgraded to a 2BR. I absolutely love the staff and all the amenities. I have a dog and she loves the dog park here! Transferring to a bigger apartment was so easy as well. I can’t wait for summertime so I can hang out by the pool again!Property Manager Responded

Lovely Apartment!
November 14, 2017I lived in this apartment just over two years and only left because of a job relocation. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. The staff was definitely a selling point as well. They were super friendly and very helpful. Maintenance was great and I never waited on anything. I would recommend if you are looking for a place downtown this is the place.Property Manager Responded
