Don’t care
January 20, 2026I see this has been an issue before with others. They have given me nothing but problems. I moved in and there was green mold and dust all over the cabinets and doors. Didn’t know they don’t clean before you move in. I was told by maintenance they don’t do that and that I could just wipe it off. I also found roaches within the first couple weeks of moving in coming out of dishwasher and in kitchen. The maintenance people have come in unannounced multiple documented times on camera without a ...ticket or notice. I was one time home and he just walked in. I ask why they came and no response. I call and email regarding my concern of them entering without notice and no response. Lastly I had an emergency toilet water flooding the bathroom later at night and their emergency maintenance line just rings no answer every time you call it. No one ever got back to me. The manager just said oh that’s weird that’s not suppose to happen. I called again the line a few days later still doesn’t exist. So I have no resource if I need help here. It’s a shame because the apartment is actually nice and can be successful if their staff was more helpful and courteous to tenants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live

August 22, 2024One of the many reasons for this review is the back-to-school events this year. It's always a great opportunity for students to reconnect with friends, meet new teachers, and get excited about the year ahead. BEST PLACE TO LIVE
August 9, 2024Not only are there luxury apartments, but everyone here is so nice. Olimpia helped me with the moving process and she was so great. She walked me through everything and answered any questions I had. Maintenance is super helpful and quick too. The high ceilings and modern kitchen makes me feel like I’m living in a high rise. Amazing
April 20, 2022I have lived here for almost two years, I actually was one of first resident that leased when they finished building. The management has recently changed and I can say that they are great! I love living here my dog love it here as well. The dog obstacle course they built is his favorite.Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional and Rude Management and leasing agents
April 14, 2022I wouldn't know where to begin, with all the hassles and run-around I had to do. The property manager or whatever the Job title is for this individual Yasmeen, extremely unprofessional. This lady clearly does not know what she is doing or does not want to do her job. I always had to call the office, they never called me. I was told numerous times that " I will give you a call back" and they never called back. I kept having to call, and never picked up the phone. These ladies in this office are ...very unorganized and again extremely unprofessional. They are not willing or able to help with the process. Will get an attitude and tell you "you have to understand "I'm the only one working. which is not the proper way to talk to customers extremely rude behavior. Total waste of time waste.
