I have lived in these apartments for 3 years.. my down stairs is always flooding.. my toilets always get clogged and if someone next to you has a water pipe bust it also floods in ur apartment and I can never get ahold of them when we have an emergency… like my down stairs flooding because the apartment next door had a pipe bust! Idk how this place has 3.9 stars because it’s trash.. I have battled roaches since I moved in. They don’t spray! Bed bugs! They don’t take care of the tenants .. but ...
they sure want that money every month! I wish I could include a picture of my apartment as I type this! Water everywhere! Left msgs on the emergency line and that’s been almost 2 hrs ago! DO BETTER!

Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. Neighbors fighting outside at 3 am. Kids toys everywhere. Cats and dogs running around. Poor management. Did I say roaches?
