The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the amenities, especially the pool and clubhouse, make it feel like a resort. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team truly cares about the residents. My apartment is spacious, well-designed, and feels like home. July 17, 2025I like that it’s mostly noise free environment and play areas are well equipped. Facilities like gym and swimming pool is much appreciated! Provides good maintenance to the neighbourhood and the social events are appreciative opportunities.Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2025I have been living at The Arboretum Apartments for a while now, and I have to say it's a very nice community! The amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and responsive. I recently received an offer to renew my lease with some awesome perks like professional carpet cleaning and a painted accent wall - it's great to see them going the extra mile to make residents feel welcome and valued. The location is also super convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
