    I’ve been living in the community for almost a month and have really enjoyed it overall. I especially appreciate the green areas, the peaceful atmosphere, and the attentive staff. I would love to see some additional attention given to the tennis courts and the cleanliness of the common areas.

    The Arbors is a very clean quiet complex. I feel safe walking around the complex daytime and also at night. Everybody is friendly. Maintenance is timely and the grounds are kept nice. I would recommend the complex to anybody.

    Attractive, well cared for, grass is always cut. sanitation does its job and leasing operations helpful, reasonable rate. ease of access off of East Avenue. Only thing missing is a grocery store nearby, this area is a food desert nearby. long walk to grocery store,
