Management is friendly enough, office open 6 days per week.
My renovated 2nd fl 2/1 apt is nice, complete w/ stackable washer/dryer.
April - Rqstd ground fl 2 bd/ 1 bth (60ish & sometime issue w/ knee), told none avl. Signed 13 mnth lease.
May - told must complete lease b4 I can apply for any avl ground fl 2/1. I felt lied to.
Outside: Painted patio & stairs splitting, splitering & unsightly, will never wear heels on the stairs. Told at lease signing all wld be taken care of in May, nothing ...
done.
May - Onsite mngmnt advsd, they will no longer accept deliveries. Website & rental folder has this as a feature of renting. Not willing to chance my deliveries left to the mercy of theives & the weather, I'm paying xtra for a PO box.
July/Day 90 - Now advsd med waiver rqrd for grnd fl apt. (Info not in lease nor on complex website), but I can move to a 2fl twnhse ($150 monthly rent increase). Defeats the need for no stairs & know this is a lie based on the able bodied 20/30 somethings renting grnd fl apts under my apt and those across from them.
Pool/April - Outside pool company at complex.
May - Constant excuses re the delayed pool opening.
July - Pool finally open.
Neighbors - 1 possibly dealing Rx based on late night, loud arguing & threats.
Another cuts hair on his patio, has trash & empty beer cans, so I can't enjoy my patio.
Others leaving bags of trash outside their apt 2/3 days at a time bringing cats, bugs & stench.
Advsd mngmnt in May, after complaining again in July, now advsd they will send out an all tenant notice.
I'll l decide by March 2025 if I get a med waiver, renew my lease, move to a townhouse for more privacy or just move elsewhere.

They always turned the water off in the morning always had issues with the sewer maintenance could never fix anything the office people are very unprofessional and ceiling always cave in on me and I had a three bedroom.

Moving in and it’s the wild Wild West fighting off these bugs the every where. The Spray the kitchen and bath room for all of one minute the say they treated the house. Stay away if u don’t want to move from a place with no bugs to bugs your whole stay. Be over 5 months an the bugs still here. If I could I would give this place a negative its bad, they also don’t fix nothing

ROACHES!!! Be prepared to fight off Roaches when moving in this place! They don't really care to have your home properly exterminated they do a horrible Job so you have to spend your own money if you want to have a Roach-free home!

I've been living at the colony of springdale for a year now and ive got to say this is home.The apartments are amazing and the amenities are endless.As a single mom they have alot to keep the kiddies occupied and its also affordable. The colony of springdale offers free wifi,large and small pool and a basketball court.Everyone could use wifi in there life and who wouldnt wanna kick it pool side on a hot summer day or shoot hoops with the kids.All of the staff are friendly and make living at the ...
