Poorly Constructed Overall
February 4, 2025I've been living in this building since it opened and my takeaway is that it was designed with no particular target market. It's priced for single or dual income earners to live in semi-luxury but it's tenants are made up of low-income families. The biggest drawbacks are the pool, the parking, and the quality of interiors. The pool might as well be a babysitter in the summer, and there is no restriction on who can attend. Last year, I witnessed a family host an 8-year old girls birthday party ...at the clubhouse. I'm talking 20 kids. They had absolutely no regards to the actual paying tenants - I was splashed nonsensically. While the splashing might be an inconvenience for 3 months of the year, the parking lot is a mess 12 months of the year. To be frank, it's a terrible design. There is only one way in and the same way out, a perfect equation for congestion. Not only that, but the tenants are generally clueless and walk their dogs in the middle of the parking lot. I'm surprised no one has been hit yet. It's just a matter of time. Finally, the quality of construction is just bad. The floors have been peeling up since day one, glue was left all over the floors and has just gathered dirt. Thankfully, I don't own this place, so there's nothing I'm going to do about it. September 22, 2023If you want peace and quiet this is not the place to be. The neighbors are very loud, stomping banging crashing around - the building has not sound barriers. The management does nothing about it!Review from Apartments.com
