February 21, 2025Review: I want to express my gratitude and recognition to the management of The Arden at Cypress Station, especially to manager Angie, for her professionalism and commitment in resolving the plumbing issue that affected my apartment (H1) and the surrounding common areas. For months of waiting and multiple reports, I had not received any real solution to this problem. However, it was only when Angie took over the management of the company that I finally received a response and the situation was ...resolved. From the moment she became aware of the issue, she did everything possible to help me, listening carefully to my case and seeking a suitable solution. Although she was initially unsure of how to proceed, her genuine interest and willingness to resolve the problem made all the difference. Thanks to her efforts, the necessary teams were sent to repair the drainage issue, and pest control measures were implemented, significantly improving the quality of life in the community. And although the plumbing repairs did not fully resolve the situation, she provided me with another option by offering me a different place to live within the same complex. This type of leadership and dedication is what truly makes a place feel like home, ensuring that tenants feel heard and valued. I deeply appreciate the effort of Angie and her team, and I hope they continue with this dedication to serving the residents. While I experienced difficulties in the past, the way this issue was resolved peacefully and effectively proves that the management, under Angie's leadership, is genuinely committed to the well-being of those who live here. Horrible Management
October 3, 2022This place has horrible management and extra fees are added to your rent each month! They don’t fix anything but the outside of the complex to attract new tenants. The phones are never answered the manager is never in and staff can’t answer questions apparently without her. I’ve been here under a year and each month nothing is resolved unless you go to the office and be disrespectful even then you’ll still get no results. Save yourself the trouble and keep looking for better. When I moved in they ...didn’t clean the apartment it wasn’t ready in time things were left undone cabinets hanging off the hinges the dish washer looks like I hasn’t been cleaned in years I don’t even touch it and the drawers are broken in the kitchen. Unbelievable
July 17, 2022I moved in this apartment May 2nd and there were holes in my cabinet . My carpet wasn’t placed or sealed on the floor correctly slipped and the whole thing came up cheap carpet , there is a place in my kitchen where the floor is coming up . The day I moved in the crew left food and there clothes on my floor , my air only works down stairs and Now my apartment is flooding from where the washer and dryer is suppose to be . Worst communication
June 9, 2022I do not recommend even touring I signed a lease on an apartment that I was told had a featured I wanted. The day before I was scheduled to move in I was told this unit didn't have that feature and a unit wouldn't be ready for several more days. I called them out for lying to me, the property manager defaulted to "our system said it had the feature, but we don't actually look in the apartment to verify. Just like we don't verify if it has a bathroom or not." It's your property, your system, ...and your staff. Don't just tell potential renters something that isn't true and fall back on "it's not our fault, it's our system". I ended up canceling my lease and made other arrangement. Terrible maintenance job
May 12, 2022I should have looked into this place more. I stayed here for 7 months on a short term lease. The apartments look nothing like the pictures (obviously) but I paid extra to stay at the most updated apartment but constantly had shower and drainage problems. It isn't in the safest part of town and you would think its okay considering its "gated" but the gates are almost always broken and wide open for anyone to enter. On top of the house not being updated, I have to put work orders every month ...because SOMETHING is broken and they never get to it unless you call the office a million times. On top of it all, the location is bad. Every time it rains, there is flooding and there is not fence covering the property so in winters there is a lot of break ins happening.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2021Terrible pest problem!! Office doesn't take any complains seriously and take very long to respond to maintenance issues. A bunch of hidden rent fees. And the neighborhood isn't great. Heard gunshots multiple times. The plan is cheap, but I'm sure you can find a lot better for this price.Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2021Sewage backed from my toilet so they moved me into another apartment That apartment was leaking water into my living room then when my lease was up they didn’t want to give me my deposit back I had to call multiple times an speak to multiple ppl to get them to investigate the previous management which they were taking money like I thought long story short if you apply here don’t expect muchProperty Manager Responded

May 21, 2020my experience here is horrible I have neighbors that smoke cigarettes inside their apartment and the smoke is coming into my home ! Me & my son clothes ,hair & other belongings smells like nothing but cigarettes .. & when I first moved in nothing was ever replaced from the rusty shower rod to the carpet in my room you can tell it's old and my blinds are yellow ! And air filters never been changed they're so filthy and no one have came to fixed YET .I've been here for only 3 months and nothing has ...been resolved til this day . HORRIBLE
September 28, 2019I am not one to leave reviews, however I feel that I must warn every single person even considering moving here. BEWARE!!!!!! We moved in and the SAME day when I walked into the apartment it was INFESTED with roaches. We requested our deposit back and were told that they had a unit that wasn’t infested. Fine, we moved into that unit and there were roaches but it wasn’t anything that a couple of treatments couldn’t handle. A few months go by and the problem was remedied (we hired an outside ...company). Well about 9 months into our lease, new neighbors move in and it was 10x worse than anything I had EVER seen. When Orkin Pest Control came to inspect as well as the Senior property manager they BOTH confirmed that it was from the apartment behind us. This was one week after I had my newborn baby and the manager suggested I either move to another unit or pay for a treatment. Why It’s not my fault! I put in my notice and moved. Now I receive a $3,000 bill for moving out. I truly hope they are prepared for the media attention they’re about to receive because they will NEVER see a dime from me. On the contrary they’re going to lose sooooo much more!Property Manager Responded
