Not sure if worth the price tag

Some pros: I like the location, has the amenities that I was looking for, I have not had wifi issues (but I don't WFH)
Many cons:
Management - We've gone through 4 building managers in the past year and few months. After the 4th one I'm not even sure if we have a building manager. Hard to know who to talk to voice complaints. None of my neighbors know who to talk to
Fitness room - we had the pelonton working for maybe 6 months. It hasn't worked in the past 8-9 months. Since we change managers ...
so often, no one finishes addressing this issue. Additionally, the floor in the fitness room is messed up and a tripping hazard. Hasn't been fixed in the past 6 months.
Security cameras, I'm not sure if they're up and running? Equipment have been stolen from the fitness room and if there's a functioning security camera, I don't see why management didn't get it back from whoever stole them?
Mail tends to get stolen from mailbox area if not collected within a day or two
The apartment themselves look nice but my floor is uneven. Be prepared to put things under your furniture to level it out.
In the past year we also had 4 occasions where the hot water stopped working. This last time for 3 days (in the winter...). Hopefully this is permanently fixed.

I dont know why the reviews say the internet is not good. Maybe that was last year? The internet is EXCELLENT!
The rooftops view is incredible.
I have the most spectacular view from my bedroom balcony of the sunset. It is magical. I love it here.
They also allow pets which is great and the manager is very kind and hard working.
Enjoyable place to live!
Also great fitness room, community room and free coffee all day! Highly recommend it.

I moved in about a month ago and love it here. The property has a nice rooftop deck (perfect for entertaining) and gym. I was shopping around the area and ultimately chose this property because of the in-unit washer/dryer. Every encounter I've had with the property manager has been a good one--it's a plus to live somewhere with a property manager who cares about their tenants!

Internet barely works and you will have to fight to get it to work. Extremely inexperienced staff with no sense of customer service. Lots of shoddy and unfinished work in the studios that you will have to fight management to get to repair. Stay away from this headache.

However, when it is a new building, there are many items that still need refinement, and for those reasons, we do not and did not charge rent during that period (in some cases as much as for three months).
Since then, we have also made significant improvements. We have appointed a new on-site maintenance manager to ensure that maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently, as well as a new manager. Additionally, we have taken steps to enhance security measures and address safety concerns, including ensuring that all doors are equipped with door closers.

None of the leasing agents here have ever done leasing before so they don’t really know anything about the industry and they are completely clueless about the entire building and policies. You are forced to pay $75 a month for Wi-Fi that just randomly disconnects and you will not get a personal modem inside of your unit you must rely 100% on Wi-Fi and if your unit is too far away from their access point then you are just out of luck! Ever since my move-in every single morning like clockwork all ...
of my devices just disconnect from the Wi-Fi and I am without Internet for about an hour! Stay far AWAY!

The internet problem was resolved back in 2022. We opened this property back in 2022, that's when the internet was on and off, at that time Spectrum worked diligently to fix the problem and it has been fixed since then.
