Not sure if worth the price tag

Some pros: I like the location, has the amenities that I was looking for, I have not had wifi issues (but I don't WFH)
Many cons:
Management - We've gone through 4 building managers in the past year and few months. After the 4th one I'm not even sure if we have a building manager. Hard to know who to talk to voice complaints. None of my neighbors know who to talk to
Fitness room - we had the pelonton working for maybe 6 months. It hasn't worked in the past 8-9 months. Since we change managers ...
so often, no one finishes addressing this issue. Additionally, the floor in the fitness room is messed up and a tripping hazard. Hasn't been fixed in the past 6 months.
Security cameras, I'm not sure if they're up and running? Equipment have been stolen from the fitness room and if there's a functioning security camera, I don't see why management didn't get it back from whoever stole them?
Mail tends to get stolen from mailbox area if not collected within a day or two
The apartment themselves look nice but my floor is uneven. Be prepared to put things under your furniture to level it out.
In the past year we also had 4 occasions where the hot water stopped working. This last time for 3 days (in the winter...). Hopefully this is permanently fixed.
