Management is a disgrace
July 1, 2023The website lies the gates don't work, the pools don't open, and your apartment will fall apart. They will double charge you for things and lie to you whenever you have an issue. Don't waste your money!Property Manager Responded

Best apartment complex I've ever lived in
October 21, 2020Everything about this property is great. The price, the location, the amenities. My favorite part of living here is the maintenance crew by far. They really go above and beyond. January 3, 2017I fell in love with the apartments, when my daughter lived there. They seem to be nice and work with you. What I did not like was the constant breaking in of cars, and gates unlock. April 12, 2016I am very picky when it comes to my home. I fell in love with this property from the beginning of my apartment search in OKC. I moved into my apartment back in October. At first when I moved in, the apartments were going through a management change. I had a major issue with my fridge when I first moved in, but maintenance took care of it right away. I have had a few problems since then, but nothing major. Maintenance has come out every single time and been so sweet and polite. The office manager ...is as sweet as can be. I really enjoy being here. I am a firm believer that staff can make all the difference and it is definitely true for my experience. The apartments are special and this place is special. good safe place to live.
February 13, 2016im not to much for reviews, but the staff here has really gone out of there way for me lately so I told myself I would do something nice for them.One of the lights in my bathroom was out maing it difficult to see. I called the office to put in a service order because I was having adinner party coming to my apartment that saturday and she said maintenance had already left work for the day, but the manager came over and changed it for me a few minutes later herself!! AWESOME NEW OWNERS
February 7, 2016I moved here almost a year ago. I had trouble with the staff as they changed which apartment I was moving into. recently I had issues with the maintenance staff entering without my permission as I asked to be home when they are going to be here. I talked to corporate about it and they were very understanding and addressed my concerns. the office staff is great now! I have health issues and the leasing agent came by and picked up my rent check and offered to take out my trash! she went above ...and beyond and I really appreciate it! I love my apartment! it has a lot of natural light and the high ceilings make it feel bigger than it is. January 29, 2016I have lived here for almost four years. I have always loved my apartment and I have never had any problems with the owners of the complex. I feel safe in my home. I don't bother them and they don't bother me. I must say that I am very thrilled with the new management company. Being that I have lived here for so long, I have definitely seen the changes that they have made at the property... good changes. It is always quiet here. I never have to worry about noisy neighbors or rowdy parking lots. ...The property looks way better than it used to! I have lived in apartments that had pest problems and I have never had any problems in my time here. Unlike the other reviews, I do like the staff. This place really is a great place to live. July 30, 2015the new owners are in the process of refurbishing the apartments. the one I live in has not been refurbished . I like the fact that no one lives above or below me. down side is that you can hardly ever get a hold of anyone in the office.
