Whenever I have a service request it is dealt with day off or the next day. Apartment itself and grounds are clean and nice. April 4, 2024I have recommended Cortland Green Valley to people who ask me if it’s a good home. My apartment is very quiet compared to others I have occupied. It also feels sturdy and comfortable. The staff are friendly, but sometimes I felt that my requests got lost and had to brought to their attention again. Once brought back into focus, my requests were quickly addressed. I also had maintenance requests that didn’t quite fix the problem, and had to be resubmitted. But, so far, they do come back to fix it ...even if it takes a while. I’m fortunate that I have an amazing view of the mountains and that is my favorite part of living here. They do have community activities, but I am not interested in that.Property Manager Responded
