Newly renovated! Wooden floors, stainless steel kitchen, lots of storage! This two bedroom one bathroom condo has a lot to offer and incredible natural lighting! I only ever have to turn on the lights when it's dark out. The spacious masterbed room with balcony attached is a great place to enjoy dinner, drinks and people watch. The bathroom, yet small, with a little help from shelving has made a cute powder room. The kitchen is the greatest part about living here. If you love to cook this has a ...
plethora of counter space, easy to access cabinets and a beautiful new stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge with a stainless steel back splash. With a laundry unit on every floor and a bike storage on the first floor this condo is convenient and ideal for everyone especially someone that doesn't have a car. With the bus stop less than a block away, four grocery stores just down the road, and the Cherry Creek mall only a five minute bike ride away this place is close and convenient to everything you'll ever need in the Denver metro area. To top it all off a roof top deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air with a view!
