We know what matters to students in particular, and strive to provide you with the best possible experience in your living environment so you can focus on what really matters – your education. Enjoy living in a house of like minded individuals who want to respect the serene and studious environment afforded at the Arroyo House! We are an alcohol, drug, and tobacco free home. The Onsite RA works with residents to provide the necessary environment to succeed. With parking onsite, access to hiking trail right out your backdoor, and private balconies at each room, and a Ocean view! Enjoy our Wave Storm surfboards to take down to Leadbetter Beach for a few waves! New kitchens (3 total) installed for the 2025 school year! Rent is $1285 per month plus $100 utilities. Parking is an additional $85 per month.
