Occupied showings
May 28, 2023Before signing a lease, was shown a model unit and was told they don’t show occupied units. I was specifically told they would not be offering occupied showings as we all know how frusterating it is to have strangers tour your home multiple times a day or week. Wimmer communities recently changed their guidelines to allow occupied showings with no notice to current tenants. I asked for showings to be postponed a few days until I vacate and was told no. Even though they have a model unit of my ...exact layout, they still wouldn’t accommodate my request.
