The building is new with very nice finishings and excellent apartment layouts. The apartment features are well thought out and make great use of smart technology. The location is great for Wake Forest grad students. It has wonderful amenities (great gym, pool, parking etc) and a nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

My two teenagers and I very much enjoy the Artreaux community. The apartment unit is modern and clean. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The exercise room has everything you could want in a gym, my 15 year old goes often. My 16 year old loves to study in the clubhouse.

A great place to live. Beautiful design, attractive. and comfortable units. The amenities are excellent. The place is very clean and the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Great location with easy access to other parts of the city.

So far it has been an amazing experience, Luke and Sydney really are awesome and the team at the Artreux have really made it feel like home. We cannot recommend enough this community and how everything has been an amazing experience.
