June 2, 2025I can’t write a review for living here but I did go to tour the apartments after setting up an appointment. They were responsive the first two days but after I had to reschedule because of work, they became radio silent. I texted and called them and never got a response. I arrived for my appointment and the doors were locked. I called yet again and was sent to voicemail with no attempt to call me back. Not a good look.Review from Apartments.com

June 27, 2024DO NOT LIVE HERE! BREAK YOUR LEASE IF YOU DO!! Where do I begin, everything about living here has been a nightmare. Within the first month of moving in, a resident got into an altercation with us because the office failed to correlate PARKING SPACES. So don't buy into those reserved parking spots, it's nothing but a sham. The staff is so incompetent they managed to mess up assigning you to the spot you live in. Not to mention I moved in here late April and my AC has been broken since May 18! I've ...seen 3 different maintenance men who all claim they needed a part they don't have. You'd think after the first guy they'd order it but apparently they're missing common sense too. Then again the staff changes every other week so we're just in a cycle of complaining our ac is broken, a maintenance man inspecting it, ordering a part, and repeat. It's honestly astounding how they've managed to do nothing in so much time. I don't know why I'm writing this when another manager will be in next week give me the same run around with an insincere apology. I'm honestly so sick of this place. I thought this place was going to be home, where I felt happy and safe but all I've felt in the past few months being here is stress and anger. DO NOT MAKE THIS PLACE YOUR HOME!!! You can get a cheaper, nicer, and more organized apartment anywhere else in Corpus! Living here will just result in you losing your rights as a tenant and living in agony. June 19, 2024The office promised to “waive” certain fees of the month in advance. At the end of the lease they insisted we pay over a 1,000.00 because the person at the Leven group did not agree and said they office should not have waived that. I just got a bill of over $320.00 for a clean out fee after they took the deposits and they sent me to collections. I have spotless credit and this was a nightmare. Excited to leave!
June 27, 2022This property has gone from bad to worse in the two years we’ve lived here. Since seeing the property to new owners, I’ve seen people move out left and right prior to the end of their lease, neighbors complain about the same problems, and a lack of care or concern from the staff and manager. The price isn’t worth it. They keep putting bandaids on things when the place just needs to be ripped down.Review from Apartments.com

April 20, 2018If you are thinking about living here at The Arts Apartments on Ocean Drive I am here to tell you that you will LOVE IT HERE.. ? My partner John and myself(Thomas) have lived here for 3 years now and have really enjoyed the whole community. This complex is well taken care of and we feel safe. Besides having tight parking spaces it is well worth the trade off for being able to live right on the waterfront.Review from Apartments.com

March 19, 2017I have to say the customer service I received from Danny was exceptional. Compared to the other places I had went to Danny was very sincere, caring and went above and beyond. He had shown me a vacant 2 bedroom and while showing him he took the time to ask questions to get to know me. He didn't seem to be like a robot like the others asking me questions cause they had to. The apartment itself was really nice and spacious. Unfortunately, I was not able to move to Corpus from Adan Antonio after all ...but if I do in the future I would definitely move here! August 11, 2015We moved into our apartment thinking it would be great being by the Ocean.. We pay $1200 a month, our kitchen cabinets are painted shut, air conditioning does not work properly, windows do not open, bathroom sink faucet is barely hanging on. When it rains water drips through our ceiling fan in our bedroom so we are forced to sleep in the living room. Bathroom and kitchen sink leak. The swimming pool is dirty, other residents let their dogs swim in the pool.. Gross! No weather stripping at the ...door so big roaches from outside find their way inside. We put in maintenance orders our first week here. It's been 3 months we're still waiting for maintenance. Not great conditions for the price we pay!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 30, 2015These Ocean front apartments looks old on the outside due to salt water damage the inside is fairly nice with a European style feel sink tub and ceiling fans but the maintenance is shotty windows are being updated but the location is the best feature the real problem is your told one price then in the mail you get another price the office staff and manager are nice and say they put work orders into maintenance but since I've signed a lease and turned in move in problems to be fixed still haven't ...seen a maintenance personRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
