They do have ADA, (handicapped) units on the ground floors with a stunning bathroom and other ADA regulated modifications installed! I know, I live in one and I am VERY comfortable & happy! They are the most luxurious units with quartz countertops, Kohler bathroom sinks, a/c like no place else, pantry (wow), LG appliances and the list goes on! Floor plans are SPACIOUS /roomy¡!
