The Arvon provides a safe and clean environment. The surrounding neighbors are kind and welcoming. The floor plans are spacious and all the appliances are new. the staff however is what sets it apart, from Alex, Bradley and Ariel each question is answered kindly and quickly. They are on the ball and I have had no work orders, which is a blessing!

Everything about my touring and move in experience was great! Staff has been wonderful to work with being very nice, courteous and professional when handling any issues or questions I've had. They have delivered packages to my door that ended up at the office and that was an unexpected pleasant surprise. I'm enjoying my time here so far being here a month and a half.

For me, The Arvon Apts are well designed for beauty, modernization, & comfort! They are as close to perfection as it can get, nothing is ever 100% perfect!
They do have ADA, (handicapped) units on the ground floors with a stunning bathroom and other ADA regulated modifications installed! I know, I live in one and I am VERY comfortable & happy!
