Cozy apartment in up-and-coming neighborhood!
November 1, 2020I have lived here for 2 months and love it! My unit is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with pretty floors and crowned molding. Super convenient location- within walking distance to Trader Joe's, a juice place, multiple bars, Postinos...etc. Was having trouble working from home due to ongoing construction and the apartment nicely is paying for me to go to a co-working office close by. Only complaint is that I didn't anticipate having to pay for parking, but because the street parking in front of ...the apartment is hourly between 8am-6pm I ended up biting the bullet and pay for a parking spot behind back for $100 a month to avoid dealing with tickets.
