The staff is always helpful and quick to respond to maintenance requests. It’s a quiet, safe community, and I love how close it is to shops and restaurants. Horrible
June 27, 2025I have stayed here for almost a full year and am horrified of this place. I am counting down the days until I move out because not only have we had constant roach infestations, but we have had a million maintenance issues and MOLD that no one will ever fix. We had mold in our AC unit and all they did was paint over the water stains. The door to our porch is broken, there is a gap in the bottom and bugs constantly get in even when putting a towel down. So much mold in the windows not just our AC ...unit. So many bugs. Plumbing issues. My roommate has a broken window and two of my roommates had broken showers upon move in. The place looks nice and the pool is nice but just know what you're getting into!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
