I lived here for three years during residency and felt very lucky. The grounds are beautiful, maintenance was responsive, people are generally polite and quiet, my neighbors were always truly neighborly (such a gift), and it's always 10 degrees cooler inside the grounds during scorching summers due to all the trees and water. least one machine is always broken, but the dry sauna and the hot tub have been absolute delights, year round. It was also nice to be able to bike to work on a good bike lane the whole way. If mosquitos love you, you might be better off finding an apartment up in the hills where it's drier, but this was perfect for me and my kitty.
