Poor Maintenance and Slow Response
September 16, 2025Living at The Assembly Apartments has been very frustrating because maintenance does not come to fix problems in a timely manner—if at all. I have submitted multiple requests and either waited weeks with no updates or received no response at all. Simple issues like leaks, broken appliances, or safety concerns should be addressed quickly, but they are not. It feels like management ignores residents once you move in, even though rent is not cheap. October 12, 2018I called to be added to the waiting list in March and was told I was number 10 on the list. I never received a call so decided to stop by the office in September and the girl in the office was nonchalant and didn’t offer any info, it was like I was talking to myself and she didn’t have a clue about anything. I left and waited a month and decided to call again only to be told my name wasn’t on the list and that they didn’t give “numbers”.
