March 12, 2026My experience has been good. Not many complaints - only thing I would change is more seating at the pool since many people bring guests and it fills up very quickly, however unsure how that would even be done! I enjoy all the amenities, the location of the apt complex & it stays clean and well taken care of!Property Manager Responded

February 27, 2026There has been a noticeable decline in property management and overall upkeep of the community. Maintenance issues, such as the elevators frequently going out of order and doors getting stuck, have become ongoing concerns. Shared amenities like the dog park are no longer being properly maintained, which has impacted residents’ ability to fully enjoy the property. For the price point, the level of service and attention to facilities has significantly decreased compared to when I first moved in.Property Manager Responded

The dog park is on a daily cleaning schedule, and we encourage all residents to clean up after their pets. Shared amenities and interior spaces are also addressed proactively. The fitness center undergoes quarterly preventative maintenance, hallways receive quarterly deep cleans, and a full hallway paint refresh is scheduled. In addition, our LIVE courtyard is receiving a full refresh this spring, including new seating and a new grill. As a seven-year-old community, larger mechanical items such as elevators will require repairs from time to time. When issues arise, we work closely with vendors to ensure repairs are completed as quickly as possible, with resident safety and access as our top priority. We appreciate residents holding us to a high standard and remain committed to maintaining the quality, service, and experience our community is known for. February 12, 2026There are still too many things (even with new management) that makes this complex NOT feel luxury. In the 3 years I've lived here, I can count on one hand how many times both elevators have worked at the same time. The fire alarm is set off almost weekly and supposedly there is always a reason for it, but no solution. Not ideal when so many people in the building work from home. Gym equipment is either broken or majorly outdated. For the cost of our rent, this place is not nearly worth it. The ...ONLY plus is the location.Property Manager Responded
February 16, 2026Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. While we have got a better grip on the fire alarms getting set off, we understand your frustration. Our most recent alarm that sounded was due to the historic inclement winter weather we received. Also, thank you for letting us know about the gym equipment. We can certainly pass that along to see if we can get an update for the gym. This is the first we have heard about our gym equipment being unsatisfactory and we do have a quarterly Preventative Maintenance program for the gym.
