October 26, 2025If you’re a working professional, do not live at The Atherton. It feels more like “South End University” than an apartment building. People have spit Zyns on my door, knocked over my trash can, generally immature people… it’s loud almost every night from the live band at Sycamore to the street cleaner that comes blaring through at 11PM on Sundays. The parking garage and building are a total nightmare. The elevator by me hasn’t worked for weeks. There have been multiple car break-ins and bike ...thefts… and the building itself doesn’t feel safe or secure at all. The Atherton isn’t it. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
