You will be at fault for their tedious processes
February 6, 2023Everything is already off to a not so great start. The office doesn’t do a great job of informing new tenants of their process. It seems like they’re just out to get your money. It would have been nice to know that there is a 3 day bank account verification process that needs to take place before you would be able to make a payment. Then they administer a late fee, although the verification process is something that’s on their end.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
June 29, 2022Do not move here. They are roach infested ! Their are coach roaches in my bedroom bathroom and small roaches in my kitchen. the tenant before me was disgusting and they did not properly treat the apartment and now I am dealing with the after math.Property Manager Responded

Wouldn't Recommend
August 11, 2020There are an influx of bugs on the lower level in building especially the units close to the woods. There are jumping spiders, daddy long legs, earwigs, grasshoppers, and millipedes, all of these are IN the apartment. In addition, you can here every movement from the upstairs neighbors, so if they have children, it is truly a nightmare. "VALET" trash is not really valet. We take our own garbage to the dumpster that does not work the majority of the time so there is trash sitting on the side of ...it, not to mention the lack of spacing for visitors parking close to your complex.
