When we first moved in they charged me a pet deposit for my dog I have a esl letter I handed them before the lease was signed they illegally charged me 250 for a pet deposit and are lying saying they had to replace the carpet after we moved because of flees( I have pictures and my vet records that say otherwise ) all because I asked for an itemized receipt for what my security deposit was used for

The Atworth has been the perfect place to call home. Since relocating across the country, we have had nothing but a positive experience moving to the Atworth in Morton. The location is perfect being so close to grocery stores, restaurants, and roughly 15 min to downtown Peoria. Another good thing about the Atworth is they are pet friendly and have plenty of space for walking your pet!

I can’t say enough good about this property and its management!! The apartments are modern and beautifully finished. The management is top notch! Lori, Brittany and Kayla are the sweetest and nicest gals who are very helpful and responsive. I moved during a very difficult season in my life and they went above and beyond for me. Rushed build and high costs

I was the first person to stay in the new apartments built just over a year ago. The builds are rushed and faulty. The front door was dented, cabinet handles upside down, light switches wired wrong or not even working, bathroom door lock was broken, flooring is uneven with bumps under the artificial hardwood, screen door had so much dirt in the rutter is could barely open, etc. all upon move in. There began to have leaky pipes and possible mold growing in the bathrooms that was "fixed" but kept ...
coming back even when they said there was no issue. On top of it all the took nearly $500 dollars from out security deposit return for very minor cleaning. The complex is a scam and will try to take as much money as they can from you.
Only redeeming factor is the staff. They are friendly and responsive.

My fiancé and I lived here for just under two years and have loved it. The apartments have a modern style with a comfortable amount of space. The community is full of young people and couples who are just moving to the area. The staff is incredible and always willing to help. The utilities are fantastic with fast gigabit internet. We recommend this apartment to any of our friends or coworkers that are looking for a place to live. These apartments are a great addition to an already great town.
