The Avante is a clean, attractive, and well-maintained community, and the maintenance staff has always been courteous and responsive. Unfortunately, my overall living experience has been disappointing. Despite being a non-smoking property, marijuana odors are common in the evenings, and ongoing noise issues from neighboring apartments significantly impacted my ability to enjoy my home. effectively resolved. For the price of rent, I expected stronger enforcement of community policies and a quieter living environment. Because of these experiences, I have decided not to renew my lease.
