This property’s staff including “Leasing Specialist” do NOT return calls when promised, lost payments we made, repeatedly gave us incorrect information, sent rude emails that we hadn’t paid deposit so couldn’t move in at date agreed (could never get a response to pay deposit), sent another email demanding application fees (that was already paid!), and do not take any responsibility for this horrible customer service. Have asked for management contact information to inform them of how horrible ...
this situation has been… nothing as of this minute has been sent to me. Have wasted weeks with this complex and was forced to look elsewhere due to time crunch. This property rarely answers their phone and when they do they give incorrect info or are rude. I WOULD NEVER suggest this property to ANYONE!

I cannot stress enough to NOT move here. Me and a roommate moved in August 2018 (after having our move in date pushed back more than once) into an unfinished apartment. There was no bathroom door in the master bedroom. The front door needed replaced( it never was) there was a roach and rat problem that management never took serious. A few months after our lease ended at the end of July, I get a call from a collection company saying I owed $800+ Because they had us moving out 9-10 after our lease ...
and charged us prorated rent, late fees for that rent along with no keys returned(which had been returned in an envelope in the drop box). All in all a horrible experience living here and advise anyone not to live here.

When I moved here I was like wow these are some nice apartments. Decided to go with the “remodeled” one to make sure we didn’t have any problems , nope literally the day we signed the lease got a call saying our neighbor saw “bugs” so they were going to go around spraying the apartments . I was like ok no big deal. Don’t move here these apartments are infested with roaches . And the wall switches suck that’s probably why they’ve had several complexes catch on fire in the past. You plug something ...
in and it falls out right away . Maintenance sucks , the remodel was a horrible job . I wish I would have taken the time to look around for other apartments and paid a little more for something that was clean without bugs .

I moved in these apartments on Oct 29th and it's December 5th and I'm still experiencing maintenance issues. Prior to moving I expressed concerns about maintenance and was advised by leasing agent they were better with addressing maintenance issues then their sister property. I moved in the heater was functioning properly due the thermostat it was programmed incorrectly I asked repeatedly if they could just replace it because at night it was freezing it took them 3 maintenance request to finally ...
replace it due to it dropping the temp to the 60's in the evenings and late night hours. The washer & dryer were defective they finally replaced the dryer with one out the box after the 3rd try. There was an issue with the toilet running non stop and faucet dripped/wouldn't cut off completely in the tub, the electrical outlets in the bedroom were not working properly, one minute they worked the next they had no power. The patio door has wind whistling thru, you can't sit on your sofa and watch tv or talk on the phone it's so annoying. They close work orders without repairing issues you have to resubmit and call the office. And to add insult to injury when they were repairing The toilet or one replacing The dryer they -the maintenance stoke my pain medication out my medicine cabinet and left their tools on sink. The leasing agent actually got snooty because I didn't want maintenance entering the apartment without me being present when I advised her today the water is still running. I work 7 days a week it would be so nice to just come home to peace & quite. I even asked the manager would there be a concession for all the issues she said there would not be, however the water issue and patio door will be fixed, then the leasing agent calls me hours later and notifies me I have to go all weekend with the water running due to a part not coming, there is a Lowes & Home Depo not even 2 miles away might I add. Don't move to these apartments I'm telling you, you will regret it, I was better off in Aspen Place Apartments.

They are very rude leasing people in there they never want to do nothing , within apartments the bugs are nasty no matter what u do I have bombed they said they where didn't ac hasent been fixed over 6 months , they deny everything u ask for , I has a operation and asked for a access ramp to get to my car and they denied it and said to use crutches. This star is more then they deserve. All in all this complex worries more about filling the empty units and does not care about you once you move in!!! Here is the list why:
-Were supposed to be on the first floor due to my husbands injuries from military service and were shown a first floor apartment but got placed in a second floor apartment and were told after we signed the lease.
-Were put in a unit that does not have a working air conditioner, heat, dishwasher and missing a stove, a year ...
later the ac, heat, and dishwasher still do not work. (but are renovating the vacant apartment downstairs and JUST installed a brand new unit when we have been waiting and told ours will be replaced).
-Our door does not properly work, our dog has gotten loose because the door has popped open while we are asleep.
-We cannot open our windows or they will fall out.
-The chimney flute does not work causing us to lose the little warm/cold air we do get.
- We had constant noise issues from people using the pool at all hours, like 3am. And had a run in with a girl getting confrontational with my husband while not wearing a top.
-Were resurfacing downstairs unit and fumes were getting into our unit, we said something and were told to just close our vents!!!! Apartment was already over 80 degrees
We also pay more then the advertised rent on multiple websites. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! You will have nothing but headaches and health problems.
***Update:
Our apartment is now over 90 degrees and we do not have water working in the shower and have tried calling the property manager. It has been over two hours and we have not heard from her.

My water was off for Two days,the office kept telling me they would send maintenance to fix the problem but no one showed, I also called emergency maintenance 5 times and never got a response. The is no covered parking, anywhere. Also electric is not included in the rent, I had to pay nearly $300 for electric because these apartments are so poorly insulated. there are also no alarms in the apartments either. Every time I've come in with a maintenance request I've been told that they are on it, only t have to go in three more times to finally get it fixed. I still have things that need to be fixed that probably won't be until I finally get to leave this place.

I've lived here for almost a year and I'm waiting for the day my lease is up. The walls are paper thin, I can hear people having a conversation outside and it sounds like they're in my house. They turn the water off (without any warning) at least 3or 4 times a week. These apartments are in very poor condition, I however do not live in the newly renovated apartments. There is a big roach problem here, and the people in the office can be rude and blow me off when I come into the office with a complaint. I would suggest finding another apartment.
