      Avondale is a great place to call home. Quiet property, knowledgeable staff that genuinely cares. I have had nothing short of a perfect experience while living here for the past couple years. No property is ever going to be perfect but what I like most here is the pursuit of perfection. Office and Facilities teams are great and unlike most properties here they communicate effectively minimizing issues before they begin! Thank you Your resident

      Honestly, the Avondale is a great place to live, greystar however, is making a bad first impression when they took over. Fix your payment systems, and lay off the constant inspections, I've had to sacrifice my reasonable right to privacy because I keep getting some kind of inspection every month.
