      The community is the most peaceful place. There is virtually no noise here. It is beautiful to walk our community with every yard and driveway lines with beautiful trees of varieties that blossom so differently you never tire of seeing what lies ahead. Staff and managements are proffessional, courtious and make the place feel like it’s truly our home.

      Moving here was the healthiest choice I made this year. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the grounds are well maintained and I genuinely enjoy my apartment. It is the first apartment community I have lived in where they offer community activities like Neighbor Night. I enjoy meeting new people in a low-key atmosphere where I can have a beverage and walk home. I love our pool and the convenience of the location.       No place that you don't design yourself can be "perfect." And while I still believe that my new community is the best I could have chosen, I admit that I've been a little disappointed here and there as I've been settling in. My last apartment had a nice kitchen. I MIGHT find space for all of the dishware, glasses, small appliances, utensils and other items in the limited cabinet spaces, but I feel some resignation at the other things that I'll miss. The fridge is OK, but very basic. No ice ...
      maker or water filter/dispenser and the shelves don't adjust. The sink is a single basin and there's no sprayer on the faucet. My heart sank when I treated myself to a dip in the hot tub (one of the features I'd savored in my new apartment choice). The jets were barely functioning; it was just like sitting in a bathtub I know..."First-world problems." But I wonder whether the compromises will nag at me or just fade as I enjoy the several features that make this place unique and attractive.

      More and more weed smells have been coming around the complex I live in and it occurs so much my children ask what the smell is. Spider webs all over railings, and abandoned vehicles in parking spots. People digging through trash cans looking for cans, bottles, or valuable trash that's been thrown away. This really should be a gated community for the amount of rent charged and the area we are in.

      The staff is very nice and responds to emails and phone calls very quickly which is helpful when trying to get information in a time sensitive matter. I have yet to deal with the maintenence team since our apartment has had no issues but the grounds and the pool are all in good condition which can tell you they do a good job. For college students if you are looking for a quiet place around 13 minutes from campus then this is for you.
