The property managers have been very kind and helpful with anything we might need or answering our questions. Our neighbors appear to be friendly. April 30, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comOne side of the main bathroom cabinet door was becoming offset in an angle from being opened and closed during use and now, it seems that one of the hinges was coming lose and now this cabinet door wouldn't close properly. Keep in mind, we moved in since September 2024, and it was working properly. We notified The Bailey at Amazon Creek staff through the Residence app about the problem, and one of the maintenance staff responded very quickly to repair it. The repair was a quick fix, I believe it ...wasn't even 5 minutes. I showed him the issue and then I walked out to the living room and when I turned around, it was completed. Very impressive.
