      Complex seems clean and relatively quiet. Leasing staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Units are a little outdated but offer lots of space. My biggest complaint so far is how many apps and emails and logins I need for everything. Simplify

      I am a new resident this year here at the Bailey and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the onboarding process smooth and enjoyable. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-maintained fitness center, a beautiful rooftop game rooms and a cozy lounge area perfect for socializing.       convenient for both work and leisure. I particularly appreciate the sense of community here; the regular events organized by management foster connections among residents. My apartment is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, providing a comfortable living space I love coming home to. Maintenance has always been prompt and efficient, addressing any concerns quickly. Overall, The Bailey has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

      Having lived here for almost 10 years I have seen a lot of changes around here! I am not very happy with being charged a fee for gas, for the great room since we hardly ever use it!! Not even sure how they calculate the cost per each unit monthly? Not even sure it’s nothing more than a money making scheme! Please explain to me how you calculate the costs for water and waste charges?
