    I really love these apartments. Staff are friendly & helpful. Amenities are great! It’s local to basically everything you need. I really like the layout. There must not be the best insulation between floors though.. probably concrete which only amplifies certain sounds.. because I always know where my upstairs neighbor is. lol. It’s apartment living though… it’s to be expected. Parking is what it is.. but it’s nice that you have your one guaranteed parking spot… even if it isn’t close by your ...
    building. Staff was super responsive when someone parked in my spot late at night. I personally think the price is decent given what you get here. Happy to be calling this home for now until my next adventure. :)

    I love the Bailey. The people are great, staff is fantastic, maintenance is superb. However, the rent increases have become a stretch and seem to jump more year over year. This will likely will be what causes us to leave in the future. I’d likely stay forever if that weren’t the case.

    I was so surprised when I turned the corner and saw the community building and met the very warm and gracious Cassidy and Chris. They had smiles on their faces and greeted me like a long lost friend. I knew if the rest of employees were anything like them, this was the place I wanted to live. And to this day I have continued to be pleased that I chose the Bailey @ Amazon Creek to move to.

    Property had been really nice for the most part. Minor complaints are that the hot tub jets barely work and the spa/pool seem to be closed semi frequently. Otherwise I’ve enjoyed living here the past few months.

    I've really enjoyed my time at The Bailey in my first 10 months. I still marvel at how attractive the structures and the grounds are. The amenities are cared for and the staff is terrific. There are frequent gatherings for wine or beer, as well as other occasional events. My apartment is equipped with most everything I need and is in very good shape. When I have an occasional maintenance request, it's attended to promptly. We have a nice fitness center and pool, which I try to use when I can. ...
    However, one of the features I was most excited about when moving in was the hot tub. Though the water is kept at close to a therapeutic temperature, the jets continue to be extremely weak, even after asking and complaining about it since I moved in. I still retain hope that they will find a contractor to get that feature working as it should.

    Everyone including the other residents have been very nice, it's quiet for sleeping, and the facilities are lavish. It even has a 24 hour gym! We would like to be able to enjoy the pool late at night and our apartment was dismayed to find it closes at 10.

    I came from an ancient house that was falling apart, managed by a company who committed so many violations and tried to cheat us out of extra money. Getting accepted here, the friendly open staff, the happy neighbors, the calm neighborhood, the beautiful view from my balcony.. it’s such a surreal experience. For the first time in years I am happy with my living situation.

    I’m moving from out of the state and traveling back and forth from Eugene. But The Bailey at Amazon Creek made what could easily be a hectic process and easy one by always communicating promptly and with detail. I worked mostly with Cassidy, and she was helpful and friendly the whole way through. She was knowledgeable about the area and gave me many suggestions and lots of insight. Lastly and importantly, the community has been friendly and welcoming

    It’s a great place to live. The only downside is that the pool/spa is closed often. The management team is very nice and respond quickly if there is a problem or if you need help.
