      We have had an amazing experience so far. Granted, we are literally just moving in. However, everyone has been very kind so far. The property managers have been very kind and helpful with anything we might need or answering our questions. Our neighbors appear to be friendly. Moving is never fun, however, this has been a good experience so far and we are very happy and excited to be apart of the community.

      One side of the main bathroom cabinet door was becoming offset in an angle from being opened and closed during use and now, it seems that one of the hinges was coming lose and now this cabinet door wouldn't close properly. Keep in mind, we moved in since September 2024, and it was working properly. We notified The Bailey at Amazon Creek staff through the Residence app about the problem, and one of the maintenance staff responded very quickly to repair it. The repair was a quick fix, I believe it ...
      wasn't even 5 minutes. I showed him the issue and then I walked out to the living room and when I turned around, it was completed. Very impressive. Thank you.

      Complex seems clean and relatively quiet. Leasing staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Units are a little outdated but offer lots of space. My biggest complaint so far is how many apps and emails and logins I need for everything. Simplify
