Great space, awful coop
September 26, 2023A beautiful front lawn and a spacious shared backyard are included. The building is well-maintained, and the neighbors are kind. However, compared to other coop buildings, the board is slower and less helpful here. They devalue this place.Review from Apartments.com
Great location, nice back yard
July 20, 2015The building is in great location, around the corner from the subway. It comes with a huge private back yard, the gym is well-equipped though I wish it were open 24-hour. The concierge staff are very friendly and remind you when you have packages. All in all, great apartment! ? ?Review from Apartments.com
