While the door is always broken, the office and fitness room are always working to be sure that the apartment is able to meet the standard. Also, then bike room was robbed twice within 6 months and there was no security footage (because they never maintained the cameras). The fire alarms also went off about twice a month. It’s 30 minutes at least but a couple instances were over two hours. They’ve been going off even more the past month. The fire alarms have been an issue ever since I moved in a year ago. They keep blaming the plumbing, although management is random about what they blame. Yesterday they said it was too reset the alarms after they went off Friday.
