Dogs are limited to 35 pounds or less when fully grown. Certain breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Bullmastiffs, and Wolf Hybrids, are not allowed. Only one dog is permitted per apartment unless special written approval is given. Residents are responsible for any damages or disturbances caused by their pet, and activities such as breeding, fostering, or pet-sitting additional dogs are not permitted.

Max of 1. Dogs are welcome in the community with prior approval from management. Before moving in with a dog, residents must provide up-to-date vaccination records and pay any required fees. Dogs must always be kept on a leash when outside of the apa.

WORST EXPERIENCE
August 1, 2023Worst Experience Ever. This complex is money hungry and takes advantage of college students. They charge for EVERYTHING, but do not consistently offer what they charge for. Example, You have to pay for reserved parking, but any one is allowed to park in your space without any consequence. They will make you find someone to sublet your unit despite the long waiting list they have. They will pair you with any roommate despite your request. ANYONE has access to the community. This place is amazing!
May 20, 2022We scheduled a tour this past Friday and was immediately welcomed by the sweetest person, Kiwanda. She showed us around and answered every single question we had. She was very patient, extremely knowledgeable about the complex and the excitement she showed us made us excited to allow our upcoming college students to reside at The Beacon. The amenities are fabulous. There are areas for the residents to socialize with a big TV, pool table, etc along with a study room that has printers and ...computers for their use. The fact that the units come fully furnished is a huge plus along with the complex being gated adds extra security and having a 24/7 fitness center made our boys really happy. Kiwanda has kept in touch with us during the whole application process so that we were fully informed about what was going on.
