April 25, 2025Do not move here. The management constantly changes, and no one ever answers the phone. Maintenance requests are ignored my dishwasher has been broken for months. Trash pickup is unreliable, and stray cats are everywhere. They tow residents’ cars without warning. This place does not care about its tenants.Review from Apartments.com
If They're This Bad NOW, Imagine When You Move In!
December 12, 2022Horrible customer service when trying to lease, imagine how it is after they've got you hooked to a contract. Main issues were lack of communication (they never once contacted me, I always initiated contact), lack of in-person service (plenty of agents sitting around chit chatting while customers wait), won't honor amount they quote you, and some of the buildings are burned to a crisp and don't seem to have any initiative to repair.
