July 8, 2021I called Janice one day and told her I wanted to come view it. She told me I could see it on a Friday and she would call me Friday to let me know what time to be there. I got a room in Jackson the night before so I would be prepared and ready because I stay 2 hours away. I call her Friday and she tells me she’s unavailable due to a move in, and to give her a call when I was ready to reschedule. I’ve CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES, and she doesn’t answer! My boyfriend called her and she told him come view ...it Thursday and she told him she would call him Thursday. Guess what? SHE DID NOT and she won’t answer his calls now either! We were looking forward to making this place home. But now, ABSOLUTELY NOT!Property Manager Responded

March 7, 2018From the photos, I’ve gotten extremely excited about this property. Only to make a call to get more information and find out the guy who answered the phone is rude. My one star is based specifically off that. In case you didn’t know, that’s a big part of leasing as well. Now, I’m on the fence as to even living here. I didn’t catch a name, because he was speaking so fast and irritatedly responded with “I thought I explained this to you already”, things of that matter when I ask for clarification. ...Yet, I did call about 5 minutes ago.
