Nothing is actually repaired, it is just painted over. They claim they are renovating the bathroom, but all they did was put paint over the tub. You cannot even properly clean it because the paint constantly peels. Nothing is truly fixed. I have complained about multiple issues, and they are either dragged out, barely addressed, or simply patched up.
The building itself also has a terrible smell. I have to keep air purifiers running in nearly every room because what they do not tell you before ...
you sign the lease is that this is a smoking building. Had I known that beforehand, I would never have moved in.
There are times when I walk into the hallway and smell cigarette smoke or marijuana smoke, and it is so strong that it literally smells like someone is smoking inside my own apartment.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If I had known what I know now, I would have chosen a different place.
