    Luxury prices for falling bricks and a pool that “heat pump” has been out for over a year. If they took care of the property and amenities we pay for it would be 5/5 no question.

    While we truly love the unit and location, had we known we were going to be dealing with multiple continuous functionality issues nearly 3 weeks into our lease, having to delay our move and cancel a U-Haul because the unit wasn’t ready for occupancy, and that we were going to have to deal with contractors in and out dirtying up our new home, we absolutely would have rented elsewhere, and now that management has made clear they have no hesitation lying to a customers face and that they lack the ...

They had an opportunity to build trust and their unwillingness to be a professional and be honest about the situation shows a complete lack of character.     I'm highly disappointed that there is no recycling for our units. Residents are changing their oil in our parking lots and leaving oil spills in the parking lot. We have to walk through thr mess into our units and constantly clean our shoes off
