The location truly can’t be beat — you’re within walking distance of all the best restaurants and bars in Overton Square and Cooper-Young, which makes weeknights and weekends super fun and easy to enjoy. Whether it’s grabbing brunch, catching live music, or trying a new cocktail spot, it's all just steps away. Midtown’s energy is unbeatable, and this apartment puts you right in the heart of it — from street festivals to ...

concerts, there’s always something happening nearby. The buildings themselves have such a cool, historic charm that gives the place real character, but they’re also well-kept and comfortable. Getting downtown is quick and easy too — whether you're heading to a Grizzlies game, a concert at FedExForum, or a night out at the bars and restaurants, you’re just a short drive (or quick ride) away. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the best of Memphis living — walkable, vibrant, and full of charm!

One of the coolest properties in one of the best locations in Memphis! Just a short walk to Overton Square and Overton Park Zoo and the Levitt Shell for outdoor concerts. Love the exposed interior brick walls and French doors into the bedroom with updated kitchen and baths in a large apartment for Midtown Memphis. Gated parking, security cameras and controlled access to the building makes me feel safe.
