August 10, 2022I lived here for 3 years and it was great. Office staff was professional. The maintenance crew was polite and followed up on requests quickly. The price is good for the area. If I came back to Miami I would rent here.Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2016Save your money and rent somewhere else. Apartment FILLED with cockroaches, maintenance men come and go inside your house how they please and management is beyond horrible. All they want to do is take your money. Hopefully they find new management or shut this place down.Review from Apartments.com
