Beautiful and Comfortable Apartment!
March 2, 2026Leaving The Birchwoods is truly bittersweet. I’ve lived here for about a year, and for such an affordable price in Miami, you really get a comfortable and peaceful home. Darwing and Mariela are amazing!! always kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. They communicate clearly and treat residents with respect, creating a smooth and positive living experience. The apartments have beautiful laminated floors, a spacious balcony, and a cozy, homey feel that makes you comfortable right away. The ...building is always kept clean, and you can tell the staff really care about maintaining the property. Maintenance is quick and helpful whenever needed, and they even take care of things like regularly servicing the AC vents. The community is calm, neighbors are respectful, and the location is super convenient with plenty of great places nearby. I definitely recommend The Birchwoods to anyone looking to live comfortably at a great price. I’ll truly miss it here!Property Manager Responded

3 years , it was nice . Pros and cons
February 11, 2026Pros - quiet neighborhood :) -friendly leasing staff :) -safe neighborhood. I never felt unsafe -my packages were safe always, never had to worry about anyone stealing them ! Not once :) -maintenance men were attentive and always good with coming Cons -the dryer doesn’t dry clothes well. There were times that I would have my small- medium size load in the dryer for 60 minutes and they would still be damp -to use the dryer and washer there are refillable cards you use, but the machine is all the ...way at the leasing office. I lived on the 3rd floor so to refill the card I’d have to walk all the way down stairs go fill it and come back up.. given that the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes all the way sometimes I’d have to go back down stairs to fill the card again.. -guest have to pay for parking after a day (I live in NC now, guest have free parking) -maintenance men don’t clean up after themselves .. they’ll come in with dirty boots .. if they’re working in the bathroom , they’ll leave water on the floor, dirt marks from their boots (not all maintenance, but some of them) -They don’t have online payments, you have to use money orders or cashier checks. Overall, my stay there was great , I’d recommend this apartment complex .Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2016Save your money and rent somewhere else. Apartment FILLED with cockroaches, maintenance men come and go inside your house how they please and management is beyond horrible.
