The Blake at Kennesaw
December 16, 2025As a college student, living at The Blake has been a really solid experience. The location is super convenient to Kennesaw State University, which makes getting to campus easy, and there are plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and comfortable, and I really appreciate having my own space while still living with roommates. The amenities are great for students—especially the study areas and common spaces, which are perfect during exam ...season. The staff has also been very helpful and friendly whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, which makes a big difference when you’re living off campus for the first time. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication has been clear overall. If you’re a college student looking for off-campus housing near KSU that feels safe, convenient, and student-friendly, The Blake is definitely worth considering.Property Manager Responded

They do not prioritize resident concerns, leasing agents are often rude and unhelpful, and the property manager is not communicative and hard to find. Mismatched
September 2, 2025My son moved in this fall as a KSU student and was matched with three other guys. On move in day, three of the boys arrived to a currently occupied and very dirty apartment. One young man had obviously lived there all summer and all of the common areas were taken. This young man was not prepared for roommates and the place was dirty and could not be cleaned because of all the personal items. You will need to deep clean the entire apartment before moving in, but you won’t get it all because they painted some of the grime into the walls so it cannot be cleaned.
