Only con I would say is my one time in the office the leasing team was busy which I totally understand, I was waiting to be helped and the PM just sat there and saw me wait for least 20 mins and never spoke or said anything to me when I just had a simple question. But as soon as someone she knew walked in she welcomes them back and just started talking while I still had not been addressed.
