    Love this community and the efforts they make to ensure all residents enjoy their residency here! Only con I would say is my one time in the office the leasing team was busy which I totally understand, I was waiting to be helped and the PM just sat there and saw me wait for least 20 mins and never spoke or said anything to me when I just had a simple question. But as soon as someone she knew walked in she welcomes them back and just started talking while I still had not been addressed. Which ...
    she could have been doing something who knows but the perception did not come off to me as if she cared to assist me.
