You Really Don't Want to Live Here
January 22, 2022I really hope you read these reviews. This place is “horrible, horrible and more horrible! I’ve posted proof. I’ve been here for 6 years. Many people who move in think the residents are really negative. I keep my views to myself but then after a couple weeks they are usually the people who are complaining. I believe they’re shocked! I’ve seen 5 or maybe 6 management teams. As of 2022 this is the worst management I’ve seen. The mangers used to do Walk-throughs checking for problems, not anymore. ...Since the new one nobody’s seen hardly anyone. The assistant is known to yell at people. They hide behind COVID. What is funny is that the minimal cleaners and maintenance staff goes out in the building and so contaminates the office anyway. I’m going to let the pictures paint the story. Last point; the cleaning person (singular) is a really good person, but he’s alone to clean everything including the move-outs, so he’s overwhelmed I’m sure. Also there’s one maintenance person and she’s great too, but they’ve got her traveling to other properties. The maintenance supervisor is absolutely the worst we’ve had. He just doesn't care and he’s known by many residents to be deceptive. He’ll tell you whatever gets him out of doing his job. October 8, 2015Great place to live in Shorelinr,Wa. Close to lots of amenities including walking trails, Echo Lake, Costco, Starbucks, Bartell Drugs and many restaurants including Scott's Bar & Grill. The apartments are upscale and include beautiful appointments. A great place to live!Property Manager Responded
