August 10, 2015The best advice I can give is to always see an apartment before you sign for it. Often big complexes will show you a great model that really isn't like your unit. Our unit faces the bottom of a small courtyard. NO light comes in and all the noise accumulates in the bottom. Because we were part of such a big mesh of student complexes under the same management, the management DOES NOT care about the tenants. It's nearly impossible to accomplish anything with them other than signing a lease. They ...don't enforce noise regulations, which is really difficult in a college neighborhood. The garbage shoot would constantly get stuck and make the whole place smell awful. I can't wait to get out of here; I have definitely learned my lesson on apartment shopping.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
