April 2, 2023The staff here are terrific, not to mention the property; I really enjoy having access to two properties with this lease; the resort-style pool at the Villas is beautiful but I love the spaciousness of the Venue Gym! As well, the events held at the properties are always fun and endearing, even if I can't attend all of them; the staff and managers here really work to create a sort-of community that you're welcome to participate in if you wish! Finally, if any maintenance or any other kind of ...issues arise, the staff here are on top of it as soon as it's reported! I think every maintenance request we've made (not that there have been many) is resolved within a few days of it being placed. Great work y'all, keep it up!Property Manager Responded

Located just a few blocks away from the university, this apartment complex is an excellent choice for students and young professionals who are looking for convenience and comfort. Very spacious!
September 24, 2015My very first apartment! Nice floors, big rooms, and really nice bathroom. There's a huge tub, marble counters and lots of counter space too. The kitchen has updated appliances and whenever something has broken the repairmen are out and have it fixed by the next day!! Right next to spiderhouse and a short walk to UT Campus. The Venue is... Decent
September 22, 2015I have lived here for a full year, and it has not been spectacular but it certainly is a lot better than other places in West Campus. The people are usually nice, but because they hire tenants, people are in and out a lot and very few know what is going on. It takes awhile to learn who knows the ins and outs of the office and who opens an hour late. The location is pretty great and also pretty iffy. Torchy's is right next door, Kerbey Lane and (my favorite) Fat Sal's down the Drag as well as ...Wheatsville, Milto's, and of course UT. For Communications students it's REALLY convenient. 7 minute walk to Belo, CMA, and CMB. The Chevron next door has a lot of necessities if you are running low on anything and the people that work there are all sweethearts. Unfortunately, the location is right on Guadalupe which means loud people on the street, car accidents, and greek house parties. The apartments are really nice. Granite counter tops, giant closets and bathrooms, garden tubs, hard wood floors... The problems usually come up when the apartment complex doesn't want to spend money. The fridge is WAY too small even for two people, there are no fans in the bedrooms even though there is a switch for it, the dryer is workable but only after lots of practice and three runs, and the A/C freezes one room while barely cooling the rest of the apartments. In my room, it is perpetually 85. Security is hit or miss. There are supposed to be locks on the doors to the complex, locks on the elevators, and a gate at the parking garage. However, they locked the doors with no warning before giving out the proper fobs and many of us got locked out after hours. Since then it has remained unlocked. Packages are supposed to go to the front office and checked out there, but often they are delivered to the door and I have had a couple stolen. Yes, there is parking. You get an assigned space now which is nice. There are two separate towers with only about 6 rooms on each floor so it's usually pretty quiet. There is a trash shoot which is nice because it never smells like garbage. There is one particular maintenance guy who is super sweet and goes above and beyond. He has even bonded with my cat. They have an exercise room which isn't spectacular and the a/c is usually obnoxiously loud, but it works for casual exercisers like myself. Also a pool, which isn't very big but pretty nice. Overall, not great but a good first apartment, if you can afford living in West Campus.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
