The property manager will make your life miserable. Anything they can do to try take your money and ruin your life, they will. Most terrible experience I’ve had living there

They do not offer rental history once you move out. This will make getting an apartment in the future more difficult. The landlord is very hostile and will talk down to you instantly. They also have VERY basic internet presence. When I lived there, we had to drop our check in a box. There was no card options. The caretaker is a nice lady, but if there is an issue, the landlord will make you want to tear out your hair. The parking is also terrible. For the price, there are better apartments ...
elsewhere. This was my first apartment, as well as my first regret.
